Common Customer Questions

Q. Do you sell direct to consumer?
A. We have an on-site Farm Store that is completely self-serve. Our store is open daily from 8am-8pm. We are located at 53323 Pulver Road in Three Rivers, MI. We accept all major credit/debit cards through our wall-mounted kiosk. We also have a cash box on the wall for cash and check and a scan code for our Venmo.
Q. What products do you sell in your store?
A. We offer a large selection of our grass-fed/grass-finished beef, pasture raised chicken, dairy from The Farmer's Creamery to include both milk and eggs as well as some flavored milk, duck eggs, and some seasonal products (ice cream and lemonade), pasture raised duck and turkey, pork from Jake's Country Meats, and our pasture raised lamb. We also carry a variety of local products (honey, maple syrup and tallow) as well as wellness products from Rowe Casa Organics, Just Ingredients, Redmond's Salt and Bend Soap Co.
Q. What do you feed your chickens?
A. We have both our non-gmo feed as well as a corn-free, soy-free feed. Our chickens are able to scratch around at bugs and worms, but also need feed to grow. If you would like to see the ingredients list for our different feed options, please email info@joesfarm.us
Q. Do you sell live chickens?
A. No, we don't sell live chickens. All of our poultry are processed through USDA processors since we sell both from our farm store as well as wholesale across the country.
Q. Do you butcher on-site?
A. As explained above, we use a processor for all of our beef and poultry. We do not have on-site processing capabilities.
Q. Do you offer shipping?
A. We have in the past offered regional shipping, however, we have discontinued that as of Dec of 2024. We are so grateful to all the customers that purchased through our website. We had to make the difficult decision to shift our focus to our local community through our on-site farm store. We do sell our chicken, duck and turkey wholesale to many farms around the country. Please visit our "Find our Products" tab for more information.
Q. Do you sell chicks?
A. No, at this time we are not able to sell chicks. However if we offer this in the future, we will share that here and on our social media pages.
Q. Can I explore your farm?
A. Yes! We love having customers visit. Our Pulver Road farm is open to the public. We don't have very much of our operations at that location anymore but you can still see some animals. We do ask that you do not open any gates or enter any buildings unless given permission by our farm crew. The best way to get a behind the scenes look is on one of our farm tours. Please see our "farm tours" page for more details.
