Pasture Raised Poultry

Our chickens are raised on pasture the way it should be. They are moved daily to fresh pasture where they are free to enjoy fresh air, grass and bugs, and sunshine. These chickens are fed NON-GMO feed and are NEVER given antibiotics or hormones. We also raise some poultry that is fed NON-GMO, Corn-Free, Soy-Free feed.

These delicious chickens have far more flavor and texture than conventionally raised chicken.

Q. Where do you get your feed and what are in the ingredients?

A. We use several different feed mills. For our corn and soy free feed we use New Country Organics. For our nonGMO feed we use a local mill called Community Mills, Kalmbach Feed, and Kraut Creek Feeds. 

Q. Do you process your poultry on your farm?

A. No, we do not have our own processing facility. We utilize several area USDA processing facilities. Currently, King and Sons in Bradford, OH, processes most of our chicken. Their process for slaughter is quick and humane. All chicken is frozen and then shipped to our partner farms.
